They are inclusive in the price the electric tide, the gas to cook, the water, the use of: hair dryer, oven microwaves, receiver satellite , additional bunk for small children and bottle warmer.
We inform all clients that starting from 1st of April 2012 VISITOR'S TAX will come into force in our area too.
Following that each guest who will spend some days in our property will pay a fee of Euro 1,5 per person / per day - for a max of 7 days -
This means that if you'll stay with us for 3 days, we'll require Euro 4,5 to each adult as visitor's tax, in addition of what we'll require for the stay.
If you'll stay with us for 10 days, we’ll require Euro 10,5 (top price) to each adult as visitor's tax, in addition of what we'll require for the stay.
This fee is NOT INCLUDED in our prices and must be paid directly on the spot, in cash, at check-in time.
This fee DOESN'T depend on us and is COMPULSORY for every tourist facility in the Chianti area.
The gas GPL for the heating during cold season is counted by
consumption.
